At Treehouse Schoolhouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your educational resources. If you are not happy with your physical purchase, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition and that your request is within the 30-day return window; please note that digital downloads are non-refundable.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your physical products in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, including a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Mail your package using a trackable shipping method; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
